Who is Crystal Jean?

Crystal Jean is a formally trained makeup artist and hair stylist who has had a passion for the beauty industry since her early teens. After completing her intensive 2 year apprenticeship to become a licensed cosmetologist, she invested in her education further and trained at the prestigious Empire Academy of Makeup. Taught by international beauty expert and educator, Donna Mee. This is where she learned corrective makeup, Airbrush makeup and the art of Brow Shaping. Crystal has also worked with many photographers styling hair and makeup for engagement, maternity, senior portraits, professional headshots, fashion and beauty photo shoots. As well as styling hair backstage for runway shows. She took all of these skills and combined a beauty filled menu of services for her salon clientele. Crystal also became certified in Semi-Permanent 3D Eyebrow Microblading and is a Licensed body art practitioner.

She currently has a private room inside of Allen James Salon in Tustin, CA as well as on-location services throughout Orange County, CA. She will soon be adding Locket Hair Extensions and Retro/Vintage styling to her ever expanding list of beauty services! Crystal has always taken pride in providing a one of a kind experience for all of her clients by showing professionalism and passion for her craft.
